Dr. Elizabeth Meichsner
Dr. Elizabeth Meichsner is more than just a physician—she’s a neighbor, a mom, and someone who has spent her life in Morris, MN. She isn’t just treating patients; she’s caring for her community.
Born and raised in Morris, MN, Dr. Meichsner pursued medicine with one goal: to bring high-quality, relationship-driven care back home. After medical training at the University of Minnesota and residency at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, she returned to offer something better—a practice built around people.
She believes that healthcare should be simple, accessible, and built on trust. That’s why she founded Willow Creek Health—to ensure every patient gets the care they deserve.

Longer visits – 30 to 60-minute appointments where you’re never rushed out the door.
No surprise bills – A simple, flat monthly fee that covers unlimited visits.
Access when you need it – Call, text, or email directly with your doctor.
Lower-cost medications, labs, and imaging – Because good care shouldn’t be financially out of reach.

Member Pricing
Age 18-64 – $105/month
Age 65+ – $120/month
Age 0-18 (with adult membership) – $55/month
Age 0-18 (without adult membership) – $75/month
UMM College Student (ages 18-25) – $360/semester
Family Plan – Maximum of $350/month per household; Save $10/month per family when 12 months paid in full on first month of membership
Annual Payment Discount – Save $5/month per member when 12 months paid in full on first month of membership
Opening Discount -
Enrollment Fee Waived until June 30, 2025
$100 per member if enrolled on or after July 1, 2025
